MADISON, WI - Boca Raton based real estate firm Six Four Asset Management has acquired the Cambria hotel located at 5045 Eastpark Blvd., Madison, WI. The 121 room property is located in the American Center business park near the airport and the University of Wisconsin Hospital.

“This is a premier hotel in a thriving market. We saw the ability to add value to the property for our investors by investing heavily in updating it.
