Boca Firm Acquires Wilton Manors Mixed Use Project
WILTON MANORS, FL - Boca Raton based real estate firm Six Four Asset Management has acquired Camelot West Apartments located at 2625 N Andrews Ave in Wilton Manors, FL. The 73 unit mixed-use property is located in the Ft Lauderdale submarket.
“We were immediately drawn to the property,” said Paul Hassebroek, Six Four’s Principal. "It has a tremendous amount going for it in terms of location, walkability, and amenities and we're excited to improve upon the work previously done to the property"
The property, which will be rebranded as Wilton Pointe Apartments, features 7 commercial units and 66 apartments, which range from studios to three-bedrooms. Community amenities include a pool and laundry facility, in addition to being within walking distance to Wilton Drive and its shopping and restaurants. Wilton Pointe residents enjoy the close proximity of Starbucks, Publix, and other attractive businesses.
